Test tube baby is the assisted reproductive technology which is used for creating a baby for those couples who cannot conceive a baby. Test tube baby is also known as In- Vitro Fertilization (IVF). It is the procedure for the treatment of infertility and makes the couple ready for achieving pregnancy.

IVF consists of various steps which plays a key role in making a baby. Firstly if a woman has a problem of premature ovarian or any other in which she is not able to produce eggs then doctor use a Follicle Stimulation Hormone (FSH) injections to produce the eggs. It is given every day to retrieve the eggs surgically. After the collection of eggs, doctor use that eggs and mix them with the sperms which are taken from her partner. Some time sperm donor is also arranged if her partner cannot produce due some problem. Eggs and sperms are combined in a test tube which is specially prepared for creating embryos. In a test tube embryos are developed. After this procedure, liabilities of embryos are checked that which is the healthiest. As earlier, so many embryos are used for implantation, and due to this fault IVF failed. But in today’s time test is conducted for testing the embryos. According to the DNA level, two or three cells of embryo are taken for testing. Basically an embryo is made up of hundred cells. The embryo which is viable and passed the test, that is taken for implantation. After implanting the embryo into the women’s womb, pregnancy test is conducted to make sure that woman is pregnant or not.

Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Give the Introduction of IVF

Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) has given the great success to the childless couples in completing their families. It is the modern technique which is used for infertile couples who are not able to conceive. It is the best fertility treatment in which eggs are removed surgically or through stimulated hormone injection from the woman’s ovaries and then mixed with sperms in the IVF lab. If a woman doesn’t have ovaries which are removed medically due to some problem like ovarian cyst then eggs can be donated from donor eggs. If a man has problem of sperms which cannot be removed through ICSI or have zero count of sperms than sperm donor can be used to get sperms.

In 1978, the world’s first test tube baby was born in Britain. According to the survey of 2012, around 1.5 million ART procedure has been done worldwide annually in which 23.3% were succeed to give birth to new life and 76.7% ART were failed.

When all other treatments are failed then only one solution left to go for ART procedure and have baby. If there is unexplained infertility then doctors recommend ART treatment. This technology is divided into various parts in market which is subdivided as zygote intrafallopian transfer (ZIFT), frozen embryo transfer (FET) by procedure, and in-vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET).

In-vitro fertilization-embryo transfer is considered as the most successful treatment and introduced the new technology called IVF. This procedure is the largest market segment. New IVF technology has replaced the traditional IVF due to its highest success rate. As earlier, higher amount of sperms are used to increase the success rate but now the process has changed slightly and time lapse imaging system has been used to determine the embryo’s viability which is healthy and a clear picture of egg division is recorded.

IVF Center in India

IVF has become the last hope for many childless couples around the globe. IVF center in India have emerged over the years and become popular not only in India but, abroad as well. IVF or In Vitro Fertilization is the process of taking the egg from the women and fertilizing it with a sperm out of the womb and on fertilization to plant the egg back in to the womb so the mother can conceive a baby. Under a success rate of 35% to 50%, the implantation rate of embryos is extremely low or in terms of medical it is called a Failed IVF cycle.

Though the failure in implantation of embryos is not certain nevertheless 95% of fertility surgeons believe it to be due to the Embryo arrest. But, now thanks to the latest technology known as Laser Assisted Hatching (AH) in which the womb can be attached by this technique has given hope for couples who have undergone failed IVF cycles. This technique is ideal for women who are above the age of 37 or who have been using high doses of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH).

The procedure is not so complex either. All that is required is the laser gets attached to the womb of the mother and a laser is used only 2-3 times that makes a hole in the egg big enough for the sperm to be fertilized. With this technique you do not have to remove the egg out for fertilization and the fertilization percentage is higher then removal fertilization. Even studies show compared women who agreed to go with Laser Assisted Hatching got pregnant even after number of failed IVF cycles. Also the procedure does not have any side effect as one would think so because of the use of Laser.  Many IVF center in India also offer Laser Assisted Hatching facility.

Stress & Depression Affects IVF Success Rate

Infertility is the major common problem that couple has to face. Infertile couples are trying too hard for conceiving a baby but not find any positive result. This leads to stress and make them in depression that they are not able to achieve a pregnancy. You get too stressed and leave the hope. Why to take tension? Just relax and try again and again. It will happen. Calm down and don’t leave the hope of conceiving a baby naturally.

I know if you are trying for more than one year and don’t get any outcome then your family and friends will give you the same advice that you have infertility problem and you should consult this to doctor. These kinds of suggestions make you more worried about your reproductive health problem. You think more and more about the reason of infertility.

Studies show that physiological effects of stress have played a major key role in increasing the infertility problem.  Sometime a couple have a minor problem of infertility and that can be improved with the help of home remedies tips. But with stress and depression it affects the body and not helped in boosting the fertility. The level of infertility increased and you are not able to get pregnant.

People go for IVF centre in India to cure the infertility problem. Today IVF has played a major key role in enhancing the fertility and pregnancy. If any IVF found failure then mostly woman is responsible for this failure. During IVF process, doctor suggests that they should not take tension. But due to stress they received poor outcome of IVF treatment by which they loss in first attempt.
