IVF Centre in India

IVF has become the last hope for many childless couples around the globe. IVF center in India have emerged over the years and become popular not only in India but, abroad as well. IVF or In Vitro Fertilization is the process of taking the egg from the women and fertilizing it with a sperm out of the womb and on fertilization to plant the egg back in to the womb so the mother can conceive a baby. Under a success rate of 35% to 50%, the implantation rate of embryos is extremely low or in terms of medical it is called a Failed IVF cycle.

Though the failure in implantation of embryos is not certain nevertheless 95% of fertility surgeons believe it to be due to the Embryo arrest. But, now thanks to the latest technology known as Laser Assisted Hatching (AH) in which the womb can be attached by this technique has given hope for couples who have undergone failed IVF cycles. This technique is ideal for women who are above the age of 37 or who have been using high doses of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH).

The procedure is not so complex either. All that is required is the laser gets attached to the womb of the mother and a laser is used only 2-3 times that makes a hole in the egg big enough for the sperm to be fertilized. With this technique you do not have to remove the egg out for fertilization and the fertilization percentage is higher than removal fertilization. Even studies show compared women who agreed to go with Laser Assisted Hatching got pregnant even after number of failed IVF cycles. Also the procedure does not have any side effect as one would think so because of the use of Laser.  Many IVF center in India also offer Laser Assisted Hatching facility.

This question is basically asked as the mentality of people who are under-educated and/or rural minded believe the only cause is from the woman side but, reality is it is equal. Yes, the infertility ratio for men is equal to women at 30%, meaning 30% infertility cases are due to women and 30% cases are due to men while the rest 40% are due to both being infertile.

How do you know you are Infertile?

Generally infertility is not a disease so it does not have any symptoms and if young couples on marriage consult a doctor or specialist before indulging in family planning nearly 60%-70% of infertility cases can be stopped. And the rest can be altered with regular doctor checkups.  If during a checkup any issue is found the doctor can prescribe a medication that will help you rather than having to opt for surgeries later on.
